I believe that food should be definitely delicious and most importantly nutritious! Here is an idea for a great meal * brunch *lunch*dinner. It is a great balance of carbs and proteins, also thanks to avocado and tomato puree gives your skin an extra elasticity boost, especially crucial when you exposed to sun.

Spelt Bread, tiny bit of butter spread, generous spoon of tomato puree, half of avocado on each slice and Voila! On the side as an option spinach with a dash of chilli oil and pickled red cabbage – Norwegian Style 🙂 Photo attached. hope you enjoy it.
